You Have Got An Answer!
Communication is the act of exchanging information. When you speak to someone, you expect the person to reply to you.
Prayer is communicating with God and for two entire months, we spoke to God. We prayed for our teenagers and young people because we believe that they are special, and they have a destiny in God.
Now, it is the time that we pause to listen to His reply to our prayers.
We asked the Lord for strength and deliverance from bad habits and the trap of the enemy. The following is the Lord’s response:
“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.” Says the Lord (Psalms 46:10-11)
You have given the Lord your entire life, and you serve Him with all your heart in humility. Yet, there are times it felt as if you are serving Him in vain because you are constantly under attack of the enemy.
Don’t give up. Remember the enemy does not attack his own people. As long as you are a friend of God you will be an enemy of Satan.
The Lord is right now assuring you that:
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life, I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation.” Says the Lord. (Psalms 91:14-16)
We have prayed for the Lord to give us a heart like His. We want our children to be successful in their future endeavor, but sometimes they become caught up in the negative aspect of the social media.
The youths need to be assured that they are secure in the love of God as long as they do not consent to this world but chase after purity.
Even though at times we fail, God will deliver us when we call upon Him when we are in need. The proof is in His words:
“Hear, O My people, and I will speak O Israel, and I will testify against you; I am God, your God! I will not rebuke you for your sacrifices or your burnt offerings, which are continually before Me. I will not take a bull from your house, nor goats out of your folds.
For every beast of the forest is Mine and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know all the birds of the mountains, and the wild beasts of the field are Mine.
“If I were hungry, I would not tell you; For the world is Mine and all its fullness. Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? Offer to God thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High. Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”
But to the wicked God says: “What right have you to declare My statutes, or take My covenant in your mouth, seeing you hate instruction and cast My words behind you? When you saw a thief, you consented with him and have been a partaker with adulterers.
You give your mouth to evil, and your tongue frames deceit. You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son. These things you have done, and I kept silent; you thought that I was altogether like you, but I will rebuke you, and set them in order before your eyes.
“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver: Whoever offers praise glorifies Me, and to him who orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of God.” Says the Lord.
