Keturah and her children also received the blessings of Abraham. They appeared to have a similar lifestyle as the Israelites.
They were vinedressers, hunters and judges in their country. They were a wealthy family.
Abraham again took a wife, and her name was Keturah. And she bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. (Genesis 25:1-2)
The Lord does not consider you second best. He will never leave or forsakes you.
