Celebrating And Supporting Our Fellow Authors

The main reason why I started blogging is to encourage and teach the Word of God as the Holy Spirit leads.

Blogging also helps me to improve my writing skills and to meet other bloggers from all over the world and to learn about the cultures of different countries.

I have also realized that most bloggers have written a book, several books or in the process of writing a book. However, many of us are still struggling to get our books to reach a large audience.

After reading Efua’s post entitled Oh I forget to tell you that I wrote my first book, I decided to purchase a copy of her book.

I believe that the Lord has equipped us with unique writing styles that are geared towards targeting different groups of people.

We can reach a larger audience if we support each other by purchasing books from each other or sharing the links to our friends and followers.

Although my finances are negligible the Lord encouraged me to purchase three e-books from three bloggers who have written books.

I consider these purchases as sowing seeds into fertile soil (ministry). I personally prefer to buy books written by my fellow bloggers than some of the books written by the ‘Mega Pastors and Prophets’.

Featured Authors

These books contained divine wisdom and encouragements inspired by the Lord, which are valuable during this time of crisis.

When fear comes knocking is a devotional based on Psalms 23.

Efua takes you through each verse of Psalms 23 to show how God takes care of His children in every area of their lives.

It is a short but power-packed book that will help anyone who is battling with fear.

If there is a time when we need a devotional that is focused on the workplace it is now.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have entered into a new norm. Our way of life has drastically changed and this includes our place of employment.

Due to the strict government regulations regarding COVID-19 requirements at the workplace, employees have become more apprehensive and agitated.

Hence we need to saturate ourselves with prayer and the Word of God every morning before leaving our homes.

In the Author’s words, “We need God’s grace to maintain godly attitudes and actions while at work.”

Dawn has also written two other books that you can check out here.

I read a post a few weeks ago where a mother was concerned about the future well being of her children due to this pandemic crisis.

Indeed, Jesus expressed deep concerns for pregnant mothers and mothers with young children during turbulent times.

And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:19-21)

We are living in the tribulation period where Satan is roaring across the earth with great wrath because he knows his time is short.

The future of our children appeared dim, but we know that God is in control.

Thus, the Lord has inspired Temi to write this powerful book for mothers outlining godly principles from the Word of God to fight for the lives of their children.

Every mother needs a copy of this book!

You might be thinking that I am only doing this promotion because I have also written a book and need your support.

Well, you are right!

But, more importantly, I truly believe that when we work together to support and build up each other we will be more successful.

  • Harm Not The Oil And WIne

The concept of this book was birthed in 2011 at a very low period of my life. My marriage was shattered and I was going through separation anxiety and panic attacks.

I found myself at the brink of insanity with no friends or relatives that I could reach out to for help.

One night I became desperate and cried out to God and He intervened and changed my life.

The Lord directed me to His Word and opened the spiritual realm to reveal the evil spirits that were tormenting my life and how I could overcome them.

I shared my experience in this book. Additionally, the Lord revealed the answers to my troubled marriage and the reasons why this world is riddled with trials and tribulations.

Above all, the Lord revealed His secret place where you can be sheltered from the storms of life.

Harm Not the Oil and Wine takes the reader back to the beginning of creation in Genesis straight to the prophecies and the end of times in the book of Revelation.

Answers to other debatable questions that ponder my mind for years have been revealed in this book.

Questions such as, will the mercy of God ends on judgment day? Is there repentance in hell? Will good people who have not accepted Christ as their Savior go to hell?

This book is deep and will be a tremendous blessing to you during this pandemic crisis.

Read more about this book here.

I want to thank everyone who has purchased a copy of the above books. We appreciate your generosity.

For those who cannot afford to purchase a copy at this time, I encourage you to share these books with your friends and followers.

If you have written a book or you are in the process of writing a book, please tell us about it in the comment box below and post a link.

I will be creating a new blogging award  – Author’s Recognition Award – which I will publish on Saturday at 4pm. This award is to encourage us to support each other as we work together in building the Kingdom of God.

I want to also say a big thank you to Tangie T. Woods of Mrs. T’s Corner who has also inspired me with her post: Published Authors Awareness.

She encouraged Authors who have published a book to place a link to their book along with the description on her blog post.

Don’t forget to post a link to your published book or tell us about your prospective book below.

      • This edition isn’t free I’m afraid, but I’m hoping the next one will be which is nearly completed. I should get round to putting it together by the end of this year (slow I know) but I might just give out the word document which is nearly complete. God bless 🙂
