Coronavirus! What next?

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. (Matthew 24:7)

In the latter days, Jesus prophesied that there will various natural disasters and pestilences.

Indeed, we have heard about a lot of pestilences/diseases that have emerged over the years.

In 1976 was the deadly Ebola outbreak in South Sudan and 2014-2016 in West Africa.

2002/2003 outbreak of SARS in Southern China.

The 2015 outbreak of Chikungunya in the Caribbean islands and the list of disease outbreaks all over the world continues.

In more recent news we are hearing about the Coronavirus outbreak in Wuhun, China since 2019.

According to the CDC, It is a disease that is normally found in animals such as cattle, cats and bats, but now it has transmitted to humans and is spreading rapidly.

It has spread to most of the Europian and Asian countries and even USA and Canada. (It seems as if Africa has gotten a break this time).

Prajjidna Daliman is from Indonesia, one of the countries that is at high risk, and he wrote a detailed post about Coronavirus The Deadly Plague.

There is supernatural protection from all plagues and pestilences.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust. Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. (Psalms 91:1-3,9-10)

  1. When something like Corona Virus arises it is both concerning and hopeful for me. Concerning because I do no want to see people suffer. Hopeful because it is a sign that the day that Jesus returns is drawing closer.

  2. I particularly love Psalm 91:4 which says: He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Many years ago a young woman, who happened to be a brand new Christian, attended a Bible study at a church. The scripture they studied that evening was Psalm 91. The minister explained that when we belong to Christ, He shelters us under His wings, the way a mother hen shelters her baby chicks.

After the service ended, the young woman was walking back to her apartment when a man grabbed her and tried to throw her down and rape her.But

“You can’t hurt me, I have feathers!” she yelled.

The would-be rapist panicked and ran away. 😀

    • Amen. God is able to protect us from these evil pestilences.

I checked out your videos and they are very good. I like the title – ‘searching for eden’ and the fact that you incorporated both healthy food and the Word of God. Those are the two things that were in the Garden of Eden that God provided to give life to humanity. This is very good. Don’t give up on it continue with it. The views might be low now but God will cause the uncrease. I signed up on youtube, but I have not done any videos. To be honest I don’t know how to do it.

  4. Thank you for your awareness, not only visiting now, will follow. Yes the revelations are becoming more obvious. The posting I will make today, shortly after making this comment is a must read. Will give the link later today. The evils once hidden, are now being brought to light. Never thought I’d live to see this day, certainly it was not a prayerful concern. I’m 81 years, 8 months. Thankful to have a mind that see acts of today, and still recalls learnings of younger years….

  5. Proverbs 22:3- The shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself, But the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences. Let us keep this thought I’m mind from the bible and protect ourselves in every way possible. Constantly wash hands, use hand sanitizer, and cover your mouth when coughing. I have faith that in the future, all of this will be done away with. And we will never have to worry about pestilence or any other suffering that we are currently experiencing.

  6. Unfortunately, I believe things are going to get worse before they get better. Everything mentioned in the scriptures is bound to come true (increased pestilence, wars, earthquakes, food shortages, lawlessness, etc.) and we see these things happening everyday. One scripture I’ve seen that’s very intriguing is 1 Thessalonians 5:2,3 which says, “For you yourselves know very well that Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night. Whenever it is that they are saying, “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly on them, just like birth pains on a pregnant woman, and they will by no means escape.” I’m eager to see how that cry of peace and security will be realized and how people will react. We all must “keep awake” for that day is drawing near. Thanks for these good reminders.

    • We are definitely living in the end times where there will be an increase in all these pestilences. But, for the elect sake the days will be shortened. Thank you for your encouraging words.
