The fruit of your tongue

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. (Proverbs 18:21)

The tongue is powerful because it has the ability to kill your hopes, dreams and even your life.

On the other hand, God has placed His Word in your mouth and in your heart so that you can prophesy success over your life.

But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil.

In that, I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. (Deuteronomy 30:14-16)

In other words, your failure or success depends on the fruit of your tongue.

You have the power to choose life or death. The devil does not have that kind of power over you because God who dwells in your heart is greater enemy.

God has conquered the enemy and He is offering you the strategic victory plan.

The words that you speak can either keep you in the valley of Achor or release you into your Promised Land.

Therefore, develop the ability to use your tongue wisely.

It begins in your mind when you begin your day by studying the Word of God to feed your spirit.

When you sow the seed of righteousness you will reap the reward of peace.

Above all, you will pass from condemnation to everlasting life.

This is a great time to praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord!

In the way of righteousness is life: and in the pathway thereof there is no death. (Proverbs 12:28)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (John 5:24)

For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6)
