Jesus is preparing a place for you and me. In this place are many mansions or dwellings.

What other great things are in this place?

In this place is Bethel – the house of God.

In this place are ministering angels traveling to and fro from earth to heaven and from heaven to earth (Genesis 28:10-18).

In this place, you will be fruitful and the windows of heaven will be opened to you.

In this place is holy ground so take off your shoes from off your feet.

In this place, there is mercy and forgiveness.

In this place, prayers are answered (2 Chronicles 6:40).

In this place, no weapons that formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

There is no oppression or any form of sin in this place (Jeremiah 7:3-7; 22:3).

You will have peace in this place (Jeremiah 14:13).

“Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple.” says the Lord (Matthew 12:6)

Finally, in this place, you shall enter into God’s rest (Hebrews 4:5)

Where is this place?

This place is Bethel – the house of God!

This place is You – You are the temple of God!

This place is heaven at the throne of God.

The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place, I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.” (Haggai 2:9)

Yet regard the prayer of Your servant and his supplication, O Lord my God, and listen to the cry and the prayer which Your servant is praying before You today: that Your eyes may be open toward this temple night and day, toward the place of which You said, ‘My name shall be there,’ that You may hear the prayer which Your servant makes toward this place. And may You hear the supplication of Your servant and of Your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Hear in heaven Your dwelling place; and when You hear, forgive. (1 Kings 8:28-30)

The Lord is calling you to come up to Him in this place where He will show you great and mighty things to come (Revelation 4:1).
