Let Us Worship
The special star in the East that night long ago signified that a king was born.
A king requires worship as a sign of reverence and honor to him.
The wise men’s greatest desire upon seeing this special star was to find the baby king and worship Him.
At the birth of Jesus, a multitude of angels worshipped and praised God saying,
“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” (Luke 2:14)
The shepherds upon hearing the good news of the birth of Jesus from the angels, went to see the baby for themselves then they left to spread the good news while glorifying God (Luke 2:20).
The true message of Christmas is about worship and praise to God for sending His Son to redeem us from sin and restore us back to God.
I pray that you will receive the spirit of worship this Christmas season.
