Friday Morning Prayer

A blessed Friday to you all. Here is a special prayer for you to become the fruit of the Spirit.

Prayer based on Colossians 3:12-17

Heavenly Father we give you thanks for waking us this morning. Thank you for giving us life and your daily provision.

Lord, help us in our weakness by giving us strength and courage. We need your strength O Lord to become the fruit of the spirit.

We want to be merciful to each other. We want to be kind, gentle, peaceful, humble, meek and long suffering.

Lord, we need to bear with each other, forgive each other and, above all, we need to love each other which is the bond of perfection.

Lord give us a desire and a passion to study your Word. We need your Word to dwell in our hearts richly in all wisdom so that we can teach and admonish one another in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts to you O Lord.

Lord, we declare in your name that whatever we do in word or deed we will do in the name of the Lord Jesus while giving thanks to you, Father, God through the Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

Let the peace of God rule in our hearts, to which we were called in one body. Let the joy of the Lord give us strength. In Jesus name, AMEN!

The book also exposed the enemy of our souls with detailed information about his past defeats and future extinction. Wright spents most of her time studying the Bible to know the truth of God’s Word. She believes that only God’s truth can expose the deception of the enemy, and uproot and tear down spiritual strongholds.
