Enjoying God’s Handiwork

The beach was indeed good!

I was surprised that it was empty of the usual beach lovers. I thought that after such a devastating experience from two category 5 hurricanes more people would want to relax and unwind in the therapeutic sea water.

He alone spreads out the heavens and treads on the waves of the sea. (Job 9:8)

As I stepped into the warm somewhat cloudy water, I began to rationalize the reason why we were alone at the beach.

Perhaps no one knows that this beach was opened or maybe they are at another beach. Whatever the reason we were determined to soak in its goodness all to ourselves.

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork. (Psalms 19:1)

“Stand up and bless the Lord your God forever and ever! “Blessed be Your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise!

You alone are the Lord; you have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and everything on it, the seas and all that is in them, and You preserve them all.
The host of heaven worships You. (Nehemiah 9:5-6)

We are living in serious times and we need to know the provision that God has made for us and how we can be prepared for the return of the Lord.
